Items Catalogued, Photographed & Valued

Each item is meticulously catalogued with high-resolution photography, detailed descriptions, and professional valuation. This documentation forms the basis of your insurance coverage and certificate.

Receive Certificate of Deposit

You receive a formal Certificate of Deposit with a unique Receipt ID, verifiable through our public verification portal. This certificate serves as your proof of custody and is available digitally in your portal.

Items Stored in Allocated Vault Compartment

Your items are placed in your individually allocated, climate-controlled vault compartment. The compartment is sealed, and entry is logged with timestamp verification.

Monthly Storage Confirmed

Your monthly storage is activated and confirmed. You'll receive monthly statements detailing your stored items, insurance status, and any accrued charges - all visible in your client portal.

Requesting a Shipment

Retrieve your items securely with our fully tracked and insured shipment service.

Log Into Your Client Portal

Access your secure client portal using your credentials and two-factor authentication. Navigate to the shipment request section to begin the process.

Select Item(s) for Shipment

Choose which stored items you'd like shipped from your vault inventory. Each item displays its current status, valuation, and certificate details for easy selection.

Choose Destination & Shipping Method

Specify the delivery address and select your preferred shipping method - standard secure, express, or same-day (where available). Insurance coverage and estimated delivery time are displayed.

Shipment Approved & Prepared

Your request is reviewed and approved by our operations team. Items are retrieved from storage, verified against records, securely packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Track Real-Time via Your Portal

Once dispatched, track your shipment in real-time through your client portal. GPS location, estimated arrival, and status updates are available 24/7 until delivery is confirmed.

Receiving Your Delivery

From the moment your items leave our vault, you receive automated notifications via email and your portal. Track progress through collection, transit, customs (if international), and final delivery approach.

Armoured Courier Arrives at Destination

Our vetted, uniformed courier arrives at your specified delivery address in a secure vehicle. They carry identification and you'll receive advance notification of their approach.

Verify Delivery with OTP Confirmation

You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via your registered email or phone. Provide this code to the courier to confirm your identity and authorise the handover of items.

Sign Off - Delivery Confirmed in Portal

Once you've received and inspected your items, sign the digital delivery confirmation. Your portal is instantly updated, and a delivery receipt is generated for your records.
